  • Monday to Friday: 9.30am - 10.30am and 3.30pm - 5:00pm

    Saturday and Sunday: 9.30am - 10.30am

  • A late checkout is between 3.30-5.30pm Monday- Friday.

    We do not offer late checkouts over the weekend.

    Drop off/ collections must be between our opening hours.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking. Dates may be changed, subject to availability.

    As per our terms & conditions, your deposit is non-refundable or transferable.

  • You are to provide your pooches own food. Please bring their food in a labelled bag with their name on & feeding instructions.

  • We cater for all types of pooch! Your pooch can sleep, watch TV & have plenty of cuddles. For our more active guests, the agility is the perfect place to burn off their energy!

  • If your pooch is not sociable, it is not a problem. As our staff : Pooch ratio is 1:8, your pooch will have plenty of 1:1 attention. They will have walks, cuddles & lots of fuss!

  • Yes, your pooch must be fully vaccinated, with annual boosters and kennel cough.

    *Kennel cough must be administered at least 14 days prior to your pooches stay with us*

    For elderly guests, puppies, or pooches on medication, we do not insist on the kennel cough vaccine.

  • Yes! Our private Facebook group will keep you updated each day. You will see your pooch enjoying their own holiday with their fuuriends!

Important information about your stay with us

Toys

You are more than welcome to bring your dog’s own toys, but it is recommended that favourite toys are left at home, as they may get damaged during play or by another boarding dog if your dog takes the toy outside.

Bedding

We have many lovely dog beds, but if you prefer to bring your own dog’s bed (if you feel it will help your dog to settle), we are more than happy that you do this. However, we regret we will be unable to wash the bedding before checking out.

Collection Times

Please note that we cannot allow drop off or collection of guests outside of these times as our staff are otherwise engaged with the busy daily schedule. By providing your designated drop off and collection time for your stay, we are able to maintain the best service for guests during their stay and ensure we deliver a consistent level of care and attention.
